Yes, our prices do include deliver within 5 miles of our shop. We typically deliver within a 40 mile radius. For distances over 5 miles distance charges may apply. Selecting delivery at checkout will allow you to see the total cost to deliver to your address.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Sorry we cannot set up on gravel as gravel will rub holes in the vinyl.

Rentals of our inflatable products (bounce houses, combo units, and slides) are guaranteed for at least 6 hours, but you will generally have them for 7 to 12 hours depending on our delivery schedule for that day. Please pick the delivery time appropriately to ensure that the inflatable product will be reserved for the duration of your party. The 6 hour time does not include set up so you will have your unit for at least 6 FULL hours of fun, if you so choose. When you are shopping around make sure you compare apples to apples. A lot of companies won’t guarantee a full six hours.Many companies give you 4 and charge more for additional hours.

Set up is dependent on the deliver schedule for that day. Typically between 9 and 12. But sometimes it may need to be earlier and some times a little later. At times we can accommodate a request for an earlier setup just reach out and see what we can do.

Yes you can! However due to the limited electricity connections at most parks you will need to rent a generator for use at a park. We can provide a generator rental at a great rate. Make sure you have your spot reserved at the park as they are typically first come first serve.

Each unit varies in size but they are typically 16 ft x 16 ft for a bounce house and 16 x 27 or more for a combo. The dimensions of each one is listed on its description page along with the required space as the unit needs enough space to be staked down, have a blower installed, and not be damaged by trees or other obstacles.

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office. Upon delivery you will also receive a set of rules and safety instructions, and most of the inflatables have rules on them.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If the unit is damaged due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Sales tax is NOT included in ANY of our prices. Sales tax is added during checkout. All companies have to pay the sales tax on the rental items. Some include it in the price others do not. It is important to understand that ours do not.
